“I called Antenna Master Corp. when Comcast failed to find why my internet WiFi signal was so bad inside my house. It was like that for 2 years. Frustrated, I switched to U-verse which was even worse. All this, together with a terrible customer service by Comcast led me to call Carlos from Antenna Master. He came to my house and was able to tell me within an hour what was wrong with my internet. My internet pre-wiring inside my house was flawed and needed to be re-done. Not only did he do that, but he took care of the customer service portion with Comcast to make sure I wasn’t over-paying for my business needs. Who does that? Who cares that much anymore? Needless to say, I’m a business Woman, and since Carlos’s work, I now have turned to running my business from my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares.
